  • Current general or specialist medical registration in Australia.
  • At least five postgraduate years of clinical experience.

2. Flexible Delivery Model

Designed to accommodate busy medical practitioners, the certificate can be completed alongside regular clinical duties. Participants:

  • Do not require additional placements.
  • Learn through a combination of online modules and clinical assessments.
  • Work under the guidance of RANZCP-accredited supervisors.


3. Program Duration

The certificate is competency-based, allowing flexibility:

  • Minimum duration: 12 months.
  • Maximum duration: 48 months.
