Locum Hospital Dietitian required for a hospital based in North Queensland. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of 30 allied health staff. The dates of the locum are 10th-28thFebruary 2025 for a backfill position
- Hours would be 0800-1630 Monday to Friday with 1 hour unpaid break (7.5 hours per day)
- Accommodation can be provided for the candidate for the length of contract
- Up to $1000 (incl. GST) will be reimbursed to assist travel to the location
- Working in a rural generalist role with opportunity to fill a Renal Dietetics caseload for someone with relevant experience/interest
- Caseload includes inpatient adult & paediatric wards and ED, outpatient adults and paediatrics. This will be split between members of the Dietitian team.
- Working amongst the young and dynamic multidisciplinary Allied Health team of approx. 45 clinicians. The team regularly plan weekend adventures including camping, rodeos, and local events which the candidate would be welcome to join. We have a few gyms in town including a yoga studio, and there is a large lake nearby for paddleboarding, canoeing, swimming, or boating.
- There will be credentialing to be completed before you can commence. I can assist with this.
Locum rates up to $72 + super + up to $1000 travel + FREE accommodation.
You must be an experienced Dietitian with the relevant skill set. A minimum of two years experience is required.
