The Hospital is affiliated with Monash University, it provides Level 4 maternity and neonatal, with around 900 births per annum.
As a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, you will:
- Provide comprehensive care in obstetrics and gynaecology across inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Manage a diverse range of complex cases in a collaborative, team-based environment.
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior doctors, trainees, and allied health professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives.
- Engage in teaching and training, with opportunities to participate in research and academic activities.
- Participate in the on-call roster to ensure continuity of care for patients.

To excel in this role, you will have:
- Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG) or equivalent.
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Proven clinical experience in managing complex obstetric and gynaecological cases.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- A passion for teaching, mentoring, and contributing to the growth of junior staff.
- A commitment to advancing women's health services through innovation and collaboration.
