Experienced Social Worker required for a locum based in coastal Victoria location. The role is to start ASAP for three months.
Join this lovely regional health service, less than two hours from Melbourne. Join an Allied Health team that includes Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Podiatry, Physiotherapy, AOD, Counselling, Social Support Groups, AHAs.
The caseload will cover:
- Acute, subacute (ED as required), we are seeking someone with experience working in hospitals and public health.
- The role is focused on safe patient discharge following psychosocial assessment; knowledge of My Aged Care essential and knowledge of VCAT & NDIS very desirable
- This is a Grade 2 level role and relevant experience is required
- FREE accommodation available – it is preferable to have car to travel to and from work
- Locum rates based on experience $$
- $200 towards travel
- You must have relevant hospital experience
- If you qualified overseas, you must have your qualifications assessed by the AASW BEFORE you contact me
